About Anthropocene

Anthropocene - A debated term, defining the current planetary geological era, where humans are the dominant influence on climate and environment.

A visually stunning, comedic, and movement driven show telling Megan’s story, a young woman debating whether or not she should have children while she sits on her toilet seat and the alarming state of our world begins to creep in and invade hers.

Anthropocene: The Human Era is a story inspired by the Birth Strike Movement. It addresses relatable day-to-day impacts. From feeling like, fuck it, will it even happen before I die!? Or feeling powerless as you recycle your ketchup coated plastic bottle which our government sends to Sri Lanka anyway. Or maybe just feeling overwhelmed or apathetic as you scroll through insta.

Come and face the madness, the insanity, the hilarious and the down-right ridiculous truths we uncover about climate change

our Climate Crisis.
